Find your pulse through our rhythm based cycle classes or our signature strength training classes.
All of our classes are suitable for all fitness levels as modifications are always offered.
CYCLE
A high-intensity 45 minute cycling class designed to give you a full body workout.
Expect riding to the beat of the music both in and out of the saddle, as well as choreography to work the upper body and core. Classes feature a weight segment using 3-5 lb dumbbells.
SURGE
A low-impact, high-intensity 45 minute strength training class using medium to heavy weights.
We alternate muscle groups daily to yield maximum results and give time for muscle recovery. Expect intentional programming, pulse inducing music and an unmatched community celebrating and supporting you throughout the workout.
PULSE
A low-impact 45 minute strength training class using light weights, resistance bands and pilates equipment.
Expect intentional programming to help tone and strengthen your body.
